The Fund is a reserved alternative investment fund (RAIF) governed by the Luxembourg Law of 23 July 2016 on reserved alternative investment funds, as amended, and managed by an authorised alternative investment fund manager within the meaning of Directive 2011/61/EU (AIFMD).
The Fund is not subject to product approval or ongoing supervision by the Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier (CSSF). Its issuing document has not been reviewed or approved by the CSSF or any other supervisory authority. The Fund is supervised only indirectly, through the regulation of its AIFM.
Interests in the Fund may be subscribed for solely by Well-Informed Investors within the meaning of Article 2 of the RAIF Law, being: (i) institutional investors; (ii) professional investors within the meaning of Annex II of Directive 2014/65/EU (MiFID II); or (iii) any other investor who has confirmed in writing that he/she/it adheres to the status of well-informed investor and who either invests a minimum of EUR 100,000 (or its equivalent) in the Fund, or has obtained an assessment from a credit institution, an investment firm, a UCITS management company or an authorised AIFM certifying his/her/its expertise, experience and knowledge in adequately appraising an investment in the Fund.
